Product Returns
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must remain in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or invoice must be provided.
• The return request must be approved by Right Choice Insulation before returning the product.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Change of Mind
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind:
• Request within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• A restocking fee may apply where permitted.
Custom or specially ordered products cannot be returned due to a change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description. We will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Installation Services
If you have concerns regarding our installation service, contact us within 7 days of installation. We will assess the issue and arrange an inspection or corrective work where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
• Used or installed insulation products
• Custom or special-order products
• Products damaged through improper handling or storage after delivery
• Clearance or discontinued items unless faulty
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, customers are responsible for return shipping or transport costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where required by law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
